I’ve been a host and landlord for over a decade, managing properties across the U.S. and Mexico. Along the way, I’ve personally owned several rentals and helped open, design, and operate more than 900 listings in 18 U.S. markets, from Miami to New Orleans, Austin to Seattle.

Like many hosts, I watched the short-term rental landscape change dramatically after 2020. Supply skyrocketed, margins tightened, and operations became more complex than ever. What started as a side hustle turned into a full-time business, leaving many operators unprepared for the scale required to succeed.

That’s where Greyscale was born. After helping companies like Stay Alfred, Locale Hospitality, and Roami grow portfolios, streamline operations, and even reach acquisition, I learned that lasting success in hospitality isn’t about chasing growth at any cost; it’s about building systems that make growth sustainable.

Today, I consult with both individual property owners and nationwide operators, helping them optimize operations, enhance design, and maximize revenue, so they can scale confidently without sacrificing quality or guest experience.
